Original Oil Paintings
by Rocio Bernard
Expressive work in oil, inspired by the world around us.
Her first teacher was a blacksmith
When Rocio was five or six, her father took her along as he stood in front of houses and sketched their wrought-iron windows and doors into a small notebook. She asked how he made them so beautiful. “Easy,” he told her. “Look, like this.”
Every original is signed by the artist and comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
New work is on the easel
Rocio’s studio is full of paintings in progress, and the first finished one will be shown here soon. Follow along on Instagram or Facebook, or join the Discord community to see it first.
